1. Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees will apply:

• Within 48 hours of the shoot – 50% of the total shoot fee is due.

• Same-day cancellation or no-show – 100% of the total shoot fee is due.

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the shoot

• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot may incur a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the total shoot cost.

• If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• In cases of extreme weather, illness, or emergencies, rescheduling will be arranged where possible at no extra cost.

• If Megan Ip is unable to attend the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
